Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Effective date: June 23, 2026 (updated October 24, 2026: Google API Services and YouTube data)
Netholics Media, LLC ("Netholics," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit netholics.com (the "Site") or engage our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us, request a quote, or fill out a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you choose to share.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps through cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics data. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- send service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant updates;
- analyze usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our content; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand site usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site functions.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and business (for example, hosting, analytics, and email providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Google API Services and YouTube data (Netholics Studio)
Netholics Studio is our internal publishing tool at studio.netholics.com. It is used only by Netholics Media to publish and schedule videos for channels we own (for example, the 3DSHEDPLANS YouTube channel). When an authorized Netholics account connects a YouTube channel, Netholics Studio requests access through Google OAuth and the YouTube API Services.
- What we access: the connected channel’s basic profile (name, handle, profile picture), the ability to upload videos, set titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions and privacy status, and read the channel’s own video and analytics data.
- How we use it: only to upload and schedule our own videos and to show their performance inside Netholics Studio. We do not use YouTube or Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the hosting and storage providers that run the tool.
- Storage and security: OAuth tokens and data are stored encrypted in transit and access-controlled on our own server; the tool is reachable only by authorized Netholics staff behind single sign-on.
- Retention and deletion: tokens are kept while a channel is connected. Disconnecting the channel in Netholics Studio deletes its tokens; you can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Requests to delete any remaining data can be sent to the contact below and are completed within 30 days.
Netholics Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated effective date.
